Fusepay was born from a common frustration: trade businesses move goods every day, but their operations and payments are still too disconnected, manual, and hard to manage. We decided to build a better way, and this is our story.

A note from Vidhya and Francesco

We grew up around trade businesses.

Vidhya’s family ran retail. Francesco’s family ran wholesale. Different sides of the same world, but the same daily reality: shop visits, bank visits, invoices, orders, supplier calls, credit, collections, and the constant pressure of keeping goods and money moving.

Trade businesses work incredibly hard. But too often, the systems behind them make the work harder than it needs to be.

Orders, stock, invoices, payments, statements, collections, and customer relationships are often managed across different tools, papers, messages, and people. That creates endless reconciliation, missed follow-ups, stock leakage, payment delays, duplicate work, and frustration for teams trying to run fast in a fragmented ecosystem.

We built Fusepay and Fuse360 for the version of this world we always wished existed.

Fuse360 helps trade businesses manage orders, inventory, delivery, invoices, collections, reports, and their retail network in one operating system.

Fusepay moves the money.

Together, they connect the work and the money, because in a trade business, they are not separate stories. They are the same story.

We are starting in Seychelles, then Mauritius, then across East and Southern Africa. After that, the rest of the trade world.

Same business.

A much lighter way to run it.
